Landscape Plans
At a personal visit to your property, I will collect all the information required to create an accurately scaled plan of the new design. The plan will include your personal "wish list" wherever possible, and may consist of trees, shrubs, and perennials, a bench, path, pond, gazebo, deck, patio, garden, play area, and so on. It will be my goal to create a plan that embraces the concepts of harmony, balance, beauty, and you.
Your professional plan will be a birds-eye view of the new design concept. All plants will be clearly identified on the accompanying plant list. Completion of a landscape plan is usually within two weeks. I will contact you when your new landscape design plan is ready. A survey certificate of the house and lot is required for accurate measurements.
Consultations
I would be happy to make a personal visit to your property, where we can discuss together your needs and ideas, and identify any problem areas. I will then be able to give you suggestions for improving the overall design of the space. You are welcome to make notes.
This service can be especially helpful for those who have some knowledge of plants, have an idea of what they want, and would like to review their plans with a landscape designer.
Fees
$495 Landscape plan for average city lot
$395 Landscape plan for front, back, or part lot
$150 One hour verbal consultation
Please note: Plan fees are estimated and subject to change. A deposit of $200 is required at the first site visit and the balance is due upon receipt of the plan. Outside of Winnipeg city limits, there will be an additional charge of $0.50 per kilometer.
